ناقش اجتماع مشترك في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن اليوم (السبت) الجهود الرامية إلى استكمال تنفيذ خطة إخراج المعسكرات وإعادة تموضع القوات العسكرية خارج عدن.

وفي اللقاء الذي حضره مستشار قائد القوات المشتركة لتحالف دعم الشرعية في اليمن اللواء الركن فلاح الشهراني وضم السلطة المحلية، وقيادة وزارة الدفاع، وهيئة الأركان العامة، أكد وزير الدولة محافظ عدن عبدالرحمن شيخ، حرص السلطة المحلية على جعل عدن نموذجاً مشرفاً يعكس طابعها المدني والحضاري.

وثمن الوزير جهود قيادة وزارة الدفاع، والقوات المشتركة في استكمال إخراج المعسكرات وفق المراحل الزمنية المحددة، وإعادة تموضعها في مواقعها الجديدة خارج محافظة عدن.

بدوره، أكد نائب رئيس هيئة الأركان العامة اللواء الركن أحمد البصر أن قيادة وزارة الدفاع، ورئاسة الأركان، تبذلان جهوداً كبيرة لتأمين إعادة تموضع الوحدات العسكرية كافة خارج مدينة عدن بكل سلاسة، داعياً الأطراف كافة إلى دعم هذه الجهود التي من شأنها إنهاء المظاهر العسكرية في المدينة، وتمكين الأجهزة الأمنية من أداء مهماتها في حفظ الأمن وتعزيز الاستقرار.

وناقش المجتمعون بشكل موسع الخطوات العملية لتنفيذ الخطة، وآليات رفع مستوى التنسيق بين الجهات العسكرية والأمنية ذات العلاقة، والانتقال السلس للمعسكرات إلى مواقعها الجديدة خارج النطاق الحضري، ومنع التكدس العسكري داخل المدينة، والتشديد على الالتزام بالتوجيهات المعتمدة وتنفيذها، وفق جدول زمني محدد ومدروس.

A joint meeting in the temporary capital, Aden, today (Saturday) discussed efforts aimed at completing the implementation of the plan to remove military camps and reposition military forces outside Aden.

In the meeting, which was attended by the advisor to the commander of the joint forces of the Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen, Major General Falah Al-Shahrani, and included local authority representatives, the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, and the General Staff, the Minister of State and Governor of Aden, Abdulrahman Sheikh, emphasized the local authority's commitment to making Aden a distinguished model that reflects its civil and cultural character.

The minister praised the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the joint forces in completing the removal of military camps according to the specified timelines and repositioning them in their new locations outside the governorate of Aden.

For his part, the Deputy Chief of the General Staff, Major General Ahmed Al-Basri, confirmed that the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff are making significant efforts to ensure the smooth repositioning of all military units outside the city of Aden, calling on all parties to support these efforts, which aim to eliminate military manifestations in the city and enable security agencies to carry out their duties in maintaining security and enhancing stability.

The attendees extensively discussed the practical steps for implementing the plan, mechanisms for raising the level of coordination between the relevant military and security entities, the smooth transition of the camps to their new locations outside the urban area, preventing military congestion within the city, and emphasizing adherence to the approved directives and their implementation according to a specific and well-studied timeline.
