بعد أكثر من 15 عاماً من الصمت والغموض، خرجت واحدة من أبشع الجرائم التي شهدتها بريطانيا إلى العلن، مع بدء محاكمة امرأة متهمة بقتل صديقتها، وتقطيع جثتها، ثم دفنها أسفل حديقة منزلها في مدينة ديربي، في قضية صادمة ظلت بلا إجابات لسنوات طويلة.

وتنظر المحكمة البريطانية، اليوم (الجمعة)، في ملف آنا بوديدفورنا (40 عاماً) المتهمة بقتل شريكتها إيزابيلا زابلوتسكا (30 عاماً) بدافع الغيرة العاطفية، إلى جانب اتهامات إضافية تشمل منع الدفن القانوني وعرقلة سير العدالة، وهي اتهامات تصر المتهمة على نفيها.

وتعود فصول الجريمة إلى شهر أغسطس من عام 2010، حين كانت المرأتان تقيمان داخل منزل بمدينة ديربي، إذ تؤكد النيابة العامة أن الضحية لقيت حتفها بطريقة عنيفة، قبل أن تقدم المتهمة على تقطيع الجثة إلى أجزاء، ووضعها داخل أكياس بلاستيكية، ثم دفنها في حفرة داخل الحديقة الخلفية للمنزل.

ولإخفاء الجريمة بالكامل، قامت المتهمة بتغطية موقع الدفن بطبقة سميكة من الخرسانة، في محاولة لطمس أي أثر قد يقود إلى اكتشاف ما حدث.

وكشف الادعاء العام أن المتهمة كانت تعمل في تلك الفترة في قطاع الجزارة لدى مصنع دواجن، وهو ما منحها (بحسب الادعاء) القدرة على تنفيذ الجريمة والتعامل مع الجثة بطريقة احترافية، ساعدتها على إخفائها لسنوات دون إثارة الشبهات.

وأضاف الادعاء أن تصرفات المتهمة بعد الجريمة لم تكن عشوائية، بل اتسمت بتخطيط متعمد، إذ واصلت حياتها بشكل طبيعي، دون الإبلاغ عن اختفاء شريكتها أو إثارة أي تساؤلات.

وبعد الجريمة، انقطعت أخبار الضحية تماماً عن عائلتها في بولندا، عقب مكالمة هاتفية أخيرة مع والدتها، ما دفع الأسرة إلى الإبلاغ عن اختفائها لدى السلطات البريطانية، ثم لاحقاً في بولندا، دون أن تقود البلاغات إلى أي نتائج حاسمة.

وبقي مصير الضحية مجهولاً، وتحولت القضية إلى ملف بارد، حتى ظن الجميع أن الحقيقة ربما لن تُكشف أبداً.

لكن نقطة التحول الحاسمة جاءت في عام 2025، عندما تواصل صحفي بولندي مع المتهمة، مستفسراً عن مصير الضحية، في خطوة غير متوقعة أعادت فتح الجرح القديم.

ووفقاً للادعاء، أثار هذا الاتصال حالة من الذعر لدى المتهمة، دفعتها إلى مراسلة الشرطة البريطانية، والكشف عن موقع دفن الجثة داخل حديقة منزلها السابق.

وتحركت الشرطة إلى الموقع، إذ عُثر على رفات بشرية مدفونة أسفل الخرسانة، وأكدت فحوصات الحمض النووي أنها تعود بالفعل للضحية إيزابيلا زابلوتسكا.

غير أن مرور أكثر من عقد ونصف على الجريمة حال دون تحديد السبب الدقيق للوفاة، ما عقّد مسار التحقيق الجنائي.

وخلال التحقيقات، ادعت المتهمة أن الوفاة وقعت نتيجة شجار عرضي، وأن ما حدث كان دفاعاً عن النفس، إلا أن الادعاء العام وصف هذه الرواية بأنها محاولة لتخفيف المسؤولية الجنائية، مؤكداً أن الأدلة تشير إلى جريمة قتل متعمدة أعقبها إخفاء منظم للجثة.

ومع بدء جلسات المحاكمة، تترقب الأوساط القضائية والإعلامية البريطانية تفاصيل واحدة من أكثر القضايا الجنائية إثارة للصدمة في البلاد خلال السنوات الأخيرة.

After more than 15 years of silence and mystery, one of the most horrific crimes witnessed in Britain has come to light, with the start of the trial of a woman accused of killing her friend, dismembering her body, and then burying her beneath the garden of her home in Derby, in a shocking case that remained unanswered for many years.

The British court is reviewing the case of Anna Buddiford (40 years old) today (Friday), who is accused of killing her partner Isabella Zablotska (30 years old) out of emotional jealousy, along with additional charges including preventing lawful burial and obstructing justice, which the accused insists she denies.

The details of the crime date back to August 2010, when the two women were living in a house in Derby. The prosecution asserts that the victim died violently before the accused dismembered the body into parts, placed them in plastic bags, and then buried them in a hole in the backyard of the house.

To completely conceal the crime, the accused covered the burial site with a thick layer of concrete, in an attempt to erase any trace that could lead to the discovery of what happened.

The public prosecution revealed that the accused was working at the time in the butchery sector at a poultry factory, which (according to the prosecution) gave her the ability to carry out the crime and handle the body in a professional manner, allowing her to hide it for years without raising suspicions.

The prosecution added that the accused's actions after the crime were not random but characterized by deliberate planning, as she continued her life normally, without reporting her partner's disappearance or raising any questions.

After the crime, all news about the victim completely ceased for her family in Poland, following a final phone call with her mother, which prompted the family to report her disappearance to the British authorities, and later in Poland, without the reports leading to any conclusive results.

The fate of the victim remained unknown, and the case turned into a cold file, until everyone thought that the truth might never be revealed.

However, the crucial turning point came in 2025, when a Polish journalist contacted the accused, inquiring about the fate of the victim, in an unexpected move that reopened the old wound.

According to the prosecution, this contact triggered a state of panic in the accused, prompting her to write to the British police and reveal the location of the body buried in the garden of her former home.

The police moved to the site, where human remains were found buried beneath the concrete, and DNA tests confirmed that they indeed belonged to the victim Isabella Zablotska.

However, the passage of more than a decade and a half since the crime prevented the determination of the exact cause of death, complicating the course of the criminal investigation.

During the investigations, the accused claimed that the death occurred as a result of an accidental altercation, and that what happened was in self-defense, but the public prosecution described this narrative as an attempt to mitigate criminal responsibility, affirming that the evidence points to a deliberate murder followed by organized concealment of the body.

As the trial sessions begin, British judicial and media circles are awaiting the details of one of the most shocking criminal cases in the country in recent years.
