تتسابق 216000 منشأة من القطاع الخاص الثلاثاء القادم على 38 جائزةٍ موزعةٍ في مسارات التوطين، بيئة العمل، السلامة الصحة المهنية، المهارات والرئيس التنفيذي، بمشاركة ما يزيد على مليون موظف وموظفة في استبانة الترشيح للمنشآت المؤهلة.
ويرعى وزير الموارد البشرية أحمد الراجحي الحفل المقام باسم «جائزة العمل» في نسخته الخامسة بالعاصمة الرياض بالتزامن مع أعمال النسخة الثالثة من المؤتمر الدولي لسوق العمل، الذي سيُعقد بمدينة الرياض في 26 يناير القادم.
وتهدف الجائزة إلى الاحتفاء بالمنشآت المتميزة التي تتبنى نماذج الأعمال الممتثلة لمعايير التميز المؤسسي في بيئة العمل، الذي يسهم في رفع تنافسيتها وجاذبيتها للعاملين في القطاع الخاص، كما تسهم في تحفيز المنشآت على تبني أفضل الممارسات التي تسهم في تحسين بيئات العمل وتعزيز دورها في تنمية وتطوير مهارات كوادرها الوطنية، ورفع معدلات استدامة العاملين وتطورهم الوظيفي، وتطبيق معايير السلامة والصحة المهنية، بما يعزز مستوى الأداء والتنافسية في سوق العمل السعودي.
وتتميز «جائزة العمل» بنمو التنافس والتفاعل معها من منشآت القطاع الخاص منذ إطلاقها، حيث شارك في نسختها الأولى «2000» منشأة
ومنذ انطلاق النسخة الأولى للجائزة في 2021، تم تكريم «99» منشأة متميزة، ويشهد كل عام زيادة في عدد المنشآت الفائزة، مما يعكس تأثير الجائزة الإيجابي في تحفيز القطاع الخاص على تحسين بيئات العمل وتعزيز التميز، ويسهم بشكل ملموس في تطوير سوق العمل السعودي.
منصة للتكريم والجاذبية
تعتمد الجائزة على منهجية علمية تتضمن الشمولية والتنوع، حيث تأخذ في اعتبارها اختلاف أحجام المنشآت ومستوياتها التنظيمية، فهي تستهدف جميع أنواع المنشآت، من العملاقة والكبيرة إلى المتوسطة والصغيرة، مع مراعاة الفروق بينها في مجالاتها، مما يتيح لجميع المنشآت في السعودية الفرصة للتنافس والتطور وفقًا لإمكانياتها وأهدافها.

216,000 private sector establishments will compete next Tuesday for 38 awards distributed across the localization, work environment, occupational health and safety, skills, and CEO categories, with the participation of over one million male and female employees in the nomination survey for eligible establishments.
The event, named "Labor Award," will be sponsored by Minister of Human Resources Ahmed Al-Rajhi in its fifth edition in the capital Riyadh, coinciding with the third edition of the International Labor Market Conference, which will be held in Riyadh on January 26th.
The award aims to celebrate outstanding establishments that adopt business models compliant with institutional excellence standards in the work environment, contributing to enhancing their competitiveness and attractiveness to employees in the private sector. It also encourages establishments to adopt best practices that improve work environments and enhance their role in developing and nurturing the skills of their national workforce, increasing employee sustainability and career development, and applying occupational health and safety standards, thereby enhancing performance and competitiveness in the Saudi labor market.
The "Labor Award" has seen growth in competition and interaction from private sector establishments since its launch, with "2,000" establishments participating in its first edition.
Since the launch of the first edition of the award in 2021, "99" distinguished establishments have been honored, and each year there is an increase in the number of winning establishments, reflecting the positive impact of the award in motivating the private sector to improve work environments and enhance excellence, significantly contributing to the development of the Saudi labor market.
A Platform for Recognition and Attractiveness
The award relies on a scientific methodology that includes inclusivity and diversity, taking into account the different sizes and organizational levels of establishments. It targets all types of establishments, from large and giant to medium and small, while considering the differences among them in their fields, allowing all establishments in Saudi Arabia the opportunity to compete and develop according to their capabilities and goals.
