أظهرت بيانات الجمارك أن الصين صدّرت نحو 5,100 طن من الفضة خلال العام الماضي وهو أعلى مستوى للصادرات فيما لا يقل عن 16 عاماً.
ورغم أن تمديد نظام تراخيص تصدير الفضة في الصين حتى عام 2027 أثار قلق المستثمرين ودعم موجة صعود قوية للأسعار إلى مستويات قياسية فوق 95 دولاراً للأوقية، إلا أن محللين ومصدّرين كبار يؤكدون أن السياسات لم تشهد تغييراً جوهرياً.
كبح مشروط
تتم معظم الصادرات الصينية للفضة ضمن ترتيبات «التجارة التصنيعية» وإعادة التصدير المعفاة من ضريبة القيمة المضافة، ما يجعل أي كبح حاد للصادرات مشروطاً بإلغاء إعفاءات ضريبية واسعة النطاق.
وشهدت أسعار الفضة في يناير 2026 أداءً صعودياً لافتاً؛ إذ بدأت الشهر عند 72.36 دولار للأوقية لتسجل أعلى مستوى يومي عند 94.43 دولار في 20 يناير الجاري، وهو ارتفاع بنسبة 30.5% منذ بداية العام.
قفزة تاريخية
يأتي هذا الزخم امتداداً لقفزة تاريخية في عام 2025، حيث ارتفعت الفضة بنسبة 147% خلال 12 شهراً، مدفوعة بعجز المعروض العالمي وتوسع الاستخدامات الصناعية في الطاقة الشمسية والسيارات الكهربائية والشرائح الإلكترونية.
ورغم الارتفاع الجماعي للذهب والفضة والبلاديوم والبلاتينيوم، إلا أن محللي الأسواق يشيرون إلى أن الفضة تملك «عزم تسارع» يفوق الذهب، حيث تتحرك في سوق أصغر حجماً، ما يجعل الطلب الاستثماري والصناعي قادراً على دفع أسعارها أسرع بكثير مقارنة بالذهب.
Customs data showed that China exported about 5,100 tons of silver last year, the highest level of exports in at least 16 years.
Although the extension of the silver export licensing system in China until 2027 raised concerns among investors and supported a strong upward wave in prices to record levels above $95 per ounce, analysts and major exporters confirm that the policies have not undergone any fundamental changes.
Conditional Restraint
Most of China's silver exports occur under "manufacturing trade" arrangements and VAT-exempt re-exports, making any sharp restraint on exports conditional on the cancellation of widespread tax exemptions.
Silver prices saw a remarkable upward performance in January 2026; the month began at $72.36 per ounce, reaching a daily high of $94.43 on January 20, marking a 30.5% increase since the beginning of the year.
Historic Leap
This momentum follows a historic leap in 2025, where silver rose by 147% over 12 months, driven by a global supply deficit and the expansion of industrial uses in solar energy, electric vehicles, and electronic chips.
Despite the collective rise of gold, silver, palladium, and platinum, market analysts point out that silver has a "momentum" that exceeds that of gold, as it operates in a smaller market, allowing investment and industrial demand to drive its prices much faster compared to gold.
