قرر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام في مصر، منع ظهور أحمد حسام (ميدو) نجم منتخب مصر السابق في وسائل الإعلام، لحين انتهاء التحقيق معه، وألزم جميع الوسائل الإعلامية الخاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم (180) لسنة 2018، بتنفيذ القرار.
سبب المنع
وأرجع المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام، قرار منع ميدو من الظهور إعلامياً إلى ما صدر عنه من تصريحات تحمل إساءةً وتشكيكاً في الإنجازات الرياضية التي حققها المنتخب الوطني المصري خلال الفترة من 2006 وحتى 2010، أثناء استضافته في بودكاست مع الإعلامي أبو المعاطي زكي.
وأكد، في بيان أصدره اليوم (الإثنين)، إصدار القرار بناءً على ما رصدته الإدارة العامة للرصد بالمجلس، وما تم عرضه من توصيات لجنتي الشكاوى، وضبط أداء الإعلام الرياضي، ومن المقرر أن تحدد لجنة الشكاوى جلسة استماع لميدو، على أن يتم بعد ذلك رفع توصيات اللجنة إلى المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام لاتخاذ القرار النهائي.
تصريحات ميدو
وقال «ميدو» في بودكاست «الإسطورة مع أبوالمعاطي زكي»: إن المنتخب كان بيعتمد على أعمال السحر - على حد قوله - مُضيفاً: «الكورة في مصر ماشية بنفس النظام من أيام الخمسينات والستينات، لو جبتلك أي جورنال، هتلاقي نفس المشاكل، فإيه الفايدة من الهري؟ أنا متعلق بحاجة واحدة بس الزمالك، لو الزمالك طلبني، هخدمه في أي وقت، وده حقيقي».
وأضاف: في فترة حسن شحاتة، الجزم كانت بتتاخد مننا ويتقري عليها حاجات ويترش عليها مياه، وكان الشيخ بيطلب لازم نلعب بأرقام معينة، ومرة إدوني تشيرت حمادة صدقي رقم 5 لبست الفانلة مش داخلة فيا ورفضت، ولعبت برقم 9 وكابتن حسن كان بيتجنن مني من الحاجات دي، كانوا بيسحبوا الجزم قبل الماتشات بيوم وأي حد هيقولك كلام غير ده كداب.
وتابع «ميدو»: «الشيخ قال للجهاز الفني في 2010 لازم تستبعدوا ميدو من بطولة أمم أفريقيا، واللي وصلي ده حد من الجهاز، الشيخ قال الراجل ده مش ماشية معاه، الأحسن إنه ما يبقاش موجود في البطولة، ساعتها كنت بلعب في الزمالك وشايل الفريق على أكتافي».
The Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt has decided to ban the appearance of Ahmed Hossam (Mido), the former star of the Egyptian national team, in the media until the investigation with him is concluded. It has mandated all media outlets subject to the provisions of Law No. (180) of 2018 to implement the decision.
Reason for the Ban
The Supreme Council for Media Regulation attributed the decision to ban Mido from appearing in the media to his statements that contained insults and doubts about the sports achievements of the Egyptian national team during the period from 2006 to 2010, during his appearance on a podcast with media personality Abu Al-Maati Zaki.
It confirmed, in a statement issued today (Monday), that the decision was made based on what was monitored by the General Administration of Monitoring at the council, and the recommendations presented by the Complaints Committee and the Sports Media Performance Control Committee. The Complaints Committee is set to schedule a hearing session for Mido, after which the committee's recommendations will be submitted to the Supreme Council for Media Regulation for a final decision.
Mido's Statements
Mido said in the podcast "The Legend with Abu Al-Maati Zaki": "The national team relied on acts of magic - according to him - adding: 'Football in Egypt has been going on the same way since the 1950s and 1960s. If you bring me any newspaper, you will find the same problems, so what’s the benefit of the nonsense? I am only attached to one thing, which is Zamalek. If Zamalek asks for me, I will serve them at any time, and that’s true.'
He added: "During Hassan Shehata's period, the shoes were taken from us and things were read on them and water was sprinkled on them. The sheikh required that we play with certain numbers. Once, they gave me Hamada Sedky's shirt number 5, I put on the jersey but it didn't fit me, and I refused. I played with number 9, and Captain Hassan was going crazy over these things. They would take the shoes a day before the matches, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar."
Mido continued: "The sheikh told the coaching staff in 2010 that they must exclude Mido from the Africa Cup of Nations, and what I received was from someone in the staff. The sheikh said this guy is not going to work out, it’s better that he is not present in the tournament. At that time, I was playing for Zamalek and carrying the team on my shoulders."
