دان وزراء خارجية السعودية، مصر، الأردن، الإمارات، قطر، تركيا، إندونيسيا، وباكستان، بأشدّ العبارات القرارات والإجراءات الإسرائيلية «غير القانونية الهادفة إلى فرض السيادة الإسرائيلية غير الشرعية، وترسيخ الاستيطان، وفرض واقع قانوني وإداري جديد في الضفة الغربية المحتلة».

وأكدت الدول الـ8 في بيان، اليوم الإثنين، أن هذه الإجراءات من شأنها «تسريع محاولات ضمّها غير القانوني وتهجير الشعب الفلسطيني»، وجددت تأكيد أنّه «لا سيادة لإسرائيل على الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة».

وحذّر الوزراء من أن استمرار السياسات الإسرائيلية التوسّعية والإجراءات غير القانونية التي ينتهجها الاحتلال في الضفة الغربية المحتلة، تؤدّي إلى تأجيج العنف والصراع في المنطقة.

وأعرب الوزراء عن رفضهم المطلق لهذه الإجراءات غير القانونية، التي تشكّل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي، وتقوّض حلّ الدولتين، وتمثّل اعتداءً على الحقّ غير القابل للتصرف للشعب الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة ذات السيادة على خطوط الـ4 من يونيو 1967 وعاصمتها القدس المحتلة.

وشددوا على أن هذه الإجراءات تقوض الجهود الجارية لتحقيق السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.

The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Turkey, Indonesia, and Pakistan strongly condemned the Israeli decisions and actions that are "illegal and aimed at imposing illegal Israeli sovereignty, entrenching settlement, and establishing a new legal and administrative reality in the occupied West Bank."

The eight countries affirmed in a statement today, Monday, that these actions would "accelerate attempts at illegal annexation and the displacement of the Palestinian people," reiterating that "Israel has no sovereignty over the occupied Palestinian territories."

The ministers warned that the continuation of Israeli expansionist policies and the illegal actions taken by the occupation in the occupied West Bank lead to escalating violence and conflict in the region.

The ministers expressed their absolute rejection of these illegal actions, which constitute a blatant violation of international law, undermine the two-state solution, and represent an assault on the inalienable right of the Palestinian people to establish their independent sovereign state along the lines of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

They emphasized that these actions undermine ongoing efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region.
