رغم مسيرته الحافلة بالنجاحات والجوائز، رحل الفنان المصري هاني شاكر تاركا خلفه «غصة» حلم لم يكتمل، وأمنية فنية طالما تحدث عنها في لقاءاته الأخيرة، وهي العودة إلى عالم التمثيل من خلال دراما تلفزيونية تعيد زمن الرومانسية الجميل.
الأمنية التي لم يمهله القدر لتحقيقها كانت مشروعاً درامياً ضخماً بدأ في التخطيط له مع الكاتب أيمن سلامة. وكان الراحل قد صرح خلال مشاركته في مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي (الدورة 44) بأنه يرفض العودة للسينما بشكلها الحالي، مفضلاً «الشاشة الصغيرة» بشرط وجود نص متماسك وقصة قوية تعيد تقديم اللون الغنائي الرومانسي الذي اشتهر به، بعيداً عن صخب السينما الحديثة.
رحلة باريس واللحظات الأخيرة
جاءت وفاة «أمير الغناء العربي» عن عمر ناهز 73 عاماً، بعد صراع مع أزمة صحية استدعت سفره إلى باريس لتلقي العلاج، ليعلن بعدها رحيله الذي شكل صدمة كبرى للوسط الفني والجماهير في الوطن العربي.
وفي يوم أمس (الأربعاء)، شهدت مدينة الشيخ زايد وداعاً مؤثراً للفنان الراحل، حيث شُيع جثمانه من مسجد «أبو شقة» وسط حضور لافت من نجوم الفن والإعلام الذين حرصوا على تقديم واجب العزاء ومواساة أسرته، في مشهد غلب عليه الحزن الشديد على قامة فنية لن تتكرر.
وبرحيل هاني شاكر، يطوى فصل طويل من الإبداع، ويبقى حلمه بـ «العمل الدرامي الأخير» قصة لم تكتمل، لكنها تظل حاضرة في قلوب محبيه كدليل على طموحه الذي لم ينطفئ حتى اللحظة الأخيرة.
Despite his successful career filled with achievements and awards, the Egyptian artist Hani Shakir passed away, leaving behind a "sorrow" of an unfulfilled dream and an artistic wish he often spoke about in his recent interviews: a return to the world of acting through a television drama that revives the beautiful era of romance.
The wish that fate did not allow him to fulfill was a massive dramatic project he had started planning with the writer Ayman Salama. The late artist had stated during his participation in the Cairo International Film Festival (44th edition) that he refused to return to cinema in its current form, preferring "the small screen" on the condition that there was a cohesive script and a strong story that would reintroduce the romantic musical style he was famous for, away from the noise of modern cinema.
The Paris Journey and Final Moments
The death of the "Prince of Arab Singing" came at the age of 73, following a battle with a health crisis that required him to travel to Paris for treatment, after which his passing was announced, shocking the artistic community and audiences in the Arab world.
Yesterday (Wednesday), the city of Sheikh Zayed witnessed a poignant farewell to the late artist, as his body was carried from the "Abu Shaqa" Mosque amidst a notable presence of art and media stars who were keen to offer their condolences and support to his family, in a scene dominated by deep sadness for a unique artistic figure that will not be repeated.
With the passing of Hani Shakir, a long chapter of creativity closes, and his dream of the "final dramatic work" remains an unfinished story, yet it continues to live in the hearts of his admirers as a testament to his ambition that never faded until the very last moment.
