تعتزم أسرة الفنان الراحل عبدالحليم حافظ اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية عاجلة ضد شخص ينشط على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ويطلق على نفسه لقب «العندليب الأبيض»، معتبرة أن ما يقوم به يمثل إساءة مباشرة لتاريخ أحد أبرز رموز الغناء في مصر والعالم العربي.

وأكدت الأسرة أن استخدام هذا اللقب، إلى جانب محتوى ساخر ومسيء، يشكل تجاوزًا غير مقبول على الإرث الفني والإنساني لعبد الحليم حافظ، المعروف بلقب «العندليب الأسمر»، والذي ما زال يمثل قيمة ثقافية وفنية راسخة في الوجدان العربي.

وفي هذا السياق، أوضح محمد شبانة (نجل شقيق الفنان الراحل) أن الشخص المعني دأب على التهكم والسخرية من عبد الحليم حافظ عبر منصات التواصل، رغم منحه أكثر من فرصة للتوقف عن هذا السلوك.

وأشار شبانة إلى أن الأسرة قررت التحرك قانونيًا بعد استمرار هذه التصرفات، مؤكدًا أن أي إساءة لاسم عبدالحليم حافظ أو تاريخه لن تمر دون رد، باعتبارها مساسًا بكرامة فنان شكّل جزءًا من الهوية الفنية لمصر.

وأضاف أن العائلة ترفض بشكل قاطع أي محاولات للتقليل من قيمة عبد الحليم حافظ أو تشويه صورته، مشددًا على أن الدفاع عن إرثه الفني مسؤولية لا يمكن التهاون فيها.

من جانبه، بدأ المستشار القانوني لورثة عبد الحليم حافظ اتخاذ الإجراءات الرسمية اللازمة، إذ جرى تحرير بلاغ للجهات المختصة ضد الشخص المذكور، مع المطالبة بتعويض مادي ومعنوي عما اعتبرته الأسرة إساءة متعمدة ومستمرة.

وأكدت الأسرة في ختام موقفها أنها ستظل حريصة على حماية اسم عبدالحليم حافظ من أي استغلال أو تشويه، وستواجه قانونيًا كل من يحاول العبث بصورة فنان لا يزال حاضرًا في وجدان الملايين، رغم رحيله منذ عقود.

The family of the late artist Abdel Halim Hafez intends to take urgent legal action against a person active on social media who calls himself "The White Nightingale," considering that what he is doing represents a direct insult to the legacy of one of the most prominent symbols of singing in Egypt and the Arab world.

The family confirmed that the use of this title, along with sarcastic and offensive content, constitutes an unacceptable violation of the artistic and human legacy of Abdel Halim Hafez, known by the title "The Dark Nightingale," who still represents a deep cultural and artistic value in the Arab consciousness.

In this context, Mohamed Shabana (the late artist's nephew) clarified that the individual in question has consistently mocked and ridiculed Abdel Halim Hafez through social media platforms, despite being given multiple chances to cease this behavior.

Shabana indicated that the family decided to take legal action after these behaviors continued, emphasizing that any insult to the name of Abdel Halim Hafez or his history will not go unanswered, as it is an affront to the dignity of an artist who has been a part of Egypt's artistic identity.

He added that the family firmly rejects any attempts to diminish the value of Abdel Halim Hafez or distort his image, stressing that defending his artistic legacy is a responsibility that cannot be taken lightly.

For his part, the legal advisor for the heirs of Abdel Halim Hafez has begun taking the necessary official steps, as a complaint has been filed with the relevant authorities against the mentioned individual, demanding both material and moral compensation for what the family considers deliberate and ongoing abuse.

The family concluded their statement by affirming that they will remain vigilant in protecting the name of Abdel Halim Hafez from any exploitation or distortion, and will legally confront anyone who attempts to tamper with the image of an artist who is still present in the hearts of millions, despite his passing decades ago.
