بعد أقل من 24 ساعة على سريان اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار بين الجيش السوري وقوات سورية الديمقراطية (قسد)، حذر وزير الدفاع السوري مرهف أبو قصرة من أن تنفيذ «قسد» عمليات اعتقال تعسفية في الحسكة يهدد اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار.

ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السورية «سانا» عن أبو قصرة، اليوم (الأربعاء)، قوله: بعد أقل من يوم على مهلة وقف إطلاق النار، بدأت «قسد» بعمليات اعتقال تعسفية في محافظة الحسكة. وأكد أن قيام «قسد» بعمليات اعتقال تعسفية بحق العشرات من أهالي المحافظة يهدد وقف إطلاق النار بشكل كامل.

ودعا وزير الدفاع «قسد» إلى إيقاف هذه الاعتقالات فوراً وإطلاق سراح جميع الأهالي.

وكان الجيش السوري اتهم القوات الكردية بزرع ألغام وعبوات في محافظات الرقة ودير الزور وشرق حلب.

وأعلنت هيئة العمليات في الجيش مقتل عدد من المدنيين والعسكريين نتيجة ألغام زرعتها «قسد» وتنظيم «بي كيه كيه» في مناطق بالرقة ودير الزور وشرق حلب.

وطالبت السكان بعدم الدخول إلى مواقع قوات «قسد» أو أنفاقها، مؤكدة أن القوات الكردية «فخخت الأبواب والممرات والأنفاق ووضعت عبوات على أشكال صخور وطوب بناء، وعمدت إلى تشريك الأثاث المنزلي والسيارات بمعظم مواقعهم السابقة إضافة للبيوت التي كانوا يتمركزون فيها وقرب الطرق العامة».

وكشفت هيئة العمليات أن «تفخيخ «قسد» طال المساجد أيضاً»، مشيرة إلى مقتل عدد من المدنيين والعسكريين. ودعت الأهالي إلى الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي جسم مشبوه أو أثاث بغير مكانه والتواصل مع الوحدات العسكرية والأمنية المنتشرة.

Less than 24 hours after the ceasefire agreement between the Syrian army and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) came into effect, Syrian Defense Minister Marhaf Abu Qasra warned that the SDF's arbitrary arrests in Hasakah threaten the ceasefire agreement.

The Syrian news agency "SANA" quoted Abu Qasra today (Wednesday) as saying: "Less than a day after the ceasefire deadline, the SDF began arbitrary arrests in Hasakah province." He confirmed that the SDF's arbitrary arrests of dozens of the province's residents completely threaten the ceasefire.

The Defense Minister called on the SDF to immediately stop these arrests and release all the residents.

The Syrian army had accused the Kurdish forces of planting mines and explosives in the provinces of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor, and eastern Aleppo.

The army's operations authority announced the death of several civilians and military personnel as a result of mines planted by the SDF and the PKK organization in areas of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor, and eastern Aleppo.

It urged residents not to enter SDF positions or tunnels, confirming that the Kurdish forces "booby-trapped doors, corridors, and tunnels, placed explosives in the form of rocks and building bricks, and incorporated household furniture and vehicles in most of their previous locations in addition to the houses they were stationed in and near public roads."

The operations authority revealed that "the SDF's booby-trapping also extended to mosques," noting the deaths of several civilians and military personnel. It urged residents to immediately report any suspicious objects or misplaced furniture and to contact the military and security units deployed in the area.
