رأى المحاضران الآسيويان في كرة القدم الدكتور يحيى جابر وعبدالله آل مانع أن تراجع نتائج نادي ضمك في دوري روشن يعود إلى تداخل عوامل فنية وبدنية وذهنية، في مقدمتها غياب الاستقرار التكتيكي وعدم انسجام العناصر، ما أفقد الفريق هويته داخل الملعب. وأكدا أن ضمك لا يزال قادراً على استعادة توازنه وتفادي خطر الهبوط، إذا ما نجح الجهاز الفني في معالجة هذه الاختلالات خلال الجولات المتبقية.

محصلة طبيعية

في البداية قال جابر: «تراجع مستوى ضمك في منافسات دوري روشن لم يكن نتيجة عامل واحد، بل جاء محصلة طبيعية لتداخل عوامل فنية وبدنية وذهنية، انعكست بشكل واضح على أداء الفريق ونتائجه طوال الموسم». وأضاف: «في مقدمة هذه الأسباب، يبرز غياب الاستقرار الفني، إذ افتقد الفريق للثبات في النهج التكتيكي، ما أفقده الهوية الواضحة داخل الملعب، وهذا التذبذب ظهر جلياً في ضعف التنظيم الدفاعي وتباعد الخطوط، إضافة إلى بطء التحولات الهجومية، وهو ما منح المنافسين أفضلية واضحة في كثير من المواجهات».

وتابع: «يعاني حارس المرمى الضمكاوي من متاعب كثيرة بسبب الضغط المستمر نتيجة كثرة الفرص التي أُتيحت للمنافسين بسبب الأخطاء الدفاعية، وضعف الانسجام بين المدافعين، ما أدى إلى استقبال أهداف كان بالإمكان تفاديها، خصوصاً في المباريات المتقاربة مع الأندية القريبة في المستوى الفني. أما في خط الوسط، فقد افتقد الفريق الفاعلية في الربط بين الخطوط وصناعة اللعب، فلم يظهر الانسجام الكافي في بناء الهجمات، ما انعكس سلباً على المردود الهجومي. هذا الخلل جعل الفريق يعاني في إيصال الكرة إلى المناطق الخطرة، وأفقد المهاجمين القدرة على استثمار الفرص بالشكل المطلوب».

معاناة مستمرة

من جانبه قال آل مانع، إن استمرار معاناة ضمك هذا الموسم امتداد للموسم السابق، الذي انتهى ببقاء الفريق في آخر أربع مباريات بعد الاستعانة بالمدرب الوطني خالد العطوي، الذي أصلح ما يمكن إصلاحه بالعناصر المتاحة حينها، مع اختلاف أسلوب اللعب وتوظيف اللاعبين حتى تحقق هدف الإدارة بالبقاء.

وأضاف: «بدأ الموسم الحالي بكبوة جديدة تمثلت في الاستغناء عن عناصر الفريق الأجانب باستثناء عبدالقادر بدران، والتعاقد مع أرماندو إيفانجليستا كمدرب جديد على الدوري السعودي مع تشكيل لاعبين جدد، الأمر الذي زاد الوضع سوءاً، فأصبح الفريق دون هوية واضحة».

وتابع: «على المستوى الفني، لم يستطع المدرب الحالي خلق توليفة قادرة على خوض منافسات الدوري الأقوى عربياً، بسبب عدم تجانس عناصر الفريق من جهة، وضبابية المنهج التكتيكي للمدرب البرتغالي، وعدم الوصول إلى أسلوب لعب يتناسب مع الإمكانات المتاحة من جهة أخرى، وعلى الجهاز الفني تدارك ذلك، خصوصاً أن لقاءات الفريق المتبقية ستكون أمام الاتحاد والفيحاء والنصر».

The Asian football lecturers Dr. Yahya Jaber and Abdullah Al-Mana' believe that the decline in the results of Damak Club in the Roshan League is due to a combination of technical, physical, and mental factors, primarily the lack of tactical stability and the dissonance among the players, which has caused the team to lose its identity on the field. They confirmed that Damak is still capable of regaining its balance and avoiding the risk of relegation if the coaching staff succeeds in addressing these imbalances during the remaining rounds.

Natural Outcome

Initially, Jaber said: “The decline in Damak's performance in the Roshan League was not the result of a single factor, but rather a natural outcome of the interplay of technical, physical, and mental factors, which have clearly reflected on the team's performance and results throughout the season.” He added: “At the forefront of these reasons is the lack of technical stability, as the team has lacked consistency in its tactical approach, which has deprived it of a clear identity on the field. This fluctuation has been evident in the weak defensive organization and the spacing between lines, in addition to the slow attacking transitions, which have given opponents a clear advantage in many matches.”

He continued: “The Damak goalkeeper is suffering from many troubles due to the constant pressure resulting from the numerous opportunities given to opponents because of defensive errors and the lack of cohesion among defenders, which has led to conceding goals that could have been avoided, especially in closely contested matches against teams of similar technical levels. As for the midfield, the team has lacked effectiveness in linking the lines and creating plays, as there has not been sufficient harmony in building attacks, which has negatively impacted the offensive output. This imbalance has made it difficult for the team to deliver the ball to dangerous areas and has deprived the strikers of the ability to capitalize on opportunities as needed.”

Ongoing Struggles

For his part, Al-Mana' stated that Damak's continued struggles this season are an extension of the previous season, which ended with the team surviving in the last four matches after bringing in national coach Khalid Al-Attawi, who fixed what could be fixed with the available players at that time, with a change in playing style and player deployment until the management's goal of survival was achieved.

He added: “The current season began with a new setback represented by the release of the foreign players except for Abdelkader Bedran, and the hiring of Armando Evangelista as a new coach in the Saudi league with a formation of new players, which worsened the situation, leaving the team without a clear identity.”

He continued: “On the technical level, the current coach has not been able to create a combination capable of competing in the strongest league in the Arab world, due to the lack of cohesion among the team members on one hand, and the ambiguity of the tactical approach of the Portuguese coach, and the failure to reach a playing style that fits the available capabilities on the other hand. The coaching staff must address this, especially since the remaining matches for the team will be against Al-Ittihad, Al-Fayha, and Al-Nasr.”
